Terms of service

1. The service

Beys Fihaara is a search directory. It shows medicine information from the approved drug list and stock published by registered pharmacy outlets. Beys Fihaara does not sell, dispense or reserve medicine and is not a party to any transaction between you and a pharmacy.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
• Outlet staff accounts are created and controlled by the outlet administrator.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or publish false information.

3. Pharmacy and outlet obligations

• Hold and maintain all licences and registrations required to operate in the Maldives.
• Keep stock quantities, dosages, prices and Aasandha acceptance accurate and current.
• Only publish outlets you are authorised to represent.
• Applications are reviewed before listings become public and may be rejected or withdrawn.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Do not upload unlawful content or another person's documents without their consent.
• Do not use Beys Fihaara to advertise or supply medicine unlawfully.

5. Availability and accuracy

Stock information is supplied by pharmacies and may be out of date. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Always confirm availability with the outlet before travelling.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Beys Fihaara is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listings, from a pharmacy's acts or omissions, or from interruptions to the service.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
