• Pharmacy data: registered business name, business registry number, health registry number, Aasandha registry number, outlet names and locations.
• Stock data: medicines, dosages, quantities and prices published by outlets.
• Prescription images: photos you choose to upload so the text can be read and matched to medicines.
• Technical data: basic log and device information generated when you use the site.

2. How we use it

• To match your search or prescription against the approved drug list and show outlet availability.
• To review and approve pharmacy and outlet applications.
• To operate outlet admin accounts and access controls.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

3. Prescription images

Prescription photos are processed only to extract medicine names for your search. Do not upload documents containing information you do not wish to share. If you want an uploaded image removed, contact us using the details in the footer.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with service providers that host the platform and process searches on our behalf, or where disclosure is required by law. Outlet details, stock levels and Aasandha status published by pharmacies are public by design.

5. Retention and security

Data is retained for as long as your account or pharmacy listing remains active, and afterwards only where needed for legal or record-keeping purposes. Access is restricted by role, and database access rules limit each account to the records it is entitled to see.

6. Your choices

• Request a copy of the personal data held about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate details.
• Ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, subject to legal requirements.
